Mogyoródi Otthonok

Service: Ingatlanfejlesztés 2025-2026

A Mogyoródi Otthonok Mogyoród központi, mégis csendes részén, a Gödöllői úton megvalósult ikerházprojekt. A 1571 m²-es telken négy, egyenként bruttó 132 m² alapterületű, földszint plusz emelet kialakítású otthon kapott helyet. A projektet a jó infrastruktúra és a könnyű megközelíthetőség jellemezte, a közeli HÉV-megállónak, valamint a környék üzleteinek, oktatási és egészségügyi intézményeinek köszönhetően.

Aranyvölgyi Villapark

The Aranyvölgyi Villapark is an exclusive semi-detached housing project completed in District III, on the south-west slope of Aranyhegy. The two-storey homes come with 400 m² private gardens, and the buildings connect only at the plant rooms, so the living spaces are completely separate.

Budapest, Csillaghegy

Service: General contracting, 2018–2019

On the recommendation of a former client, a nuclear physicist and marine biologist couple approached us to build the first home for their family. Keeping the existing basement, adding a storey and converting the loft, we created this quiet home tucked into the streetscape, with an outstanding level of interior technical fit-out.

Zugló apartment building

We built a three-unit apartment building in a quiet side street of Zugló. Throughout design and construction our aim was to create homes with their own street entrances and private garden areas.

Apartment on Egyetem Square

Floor area: 72 m²
Service: Design and general contracting, 2023

We were commissioned to design and build a young lawyer’s first apartment, where the key consideration was preserving and showcasing the classic bourgeois spaces.

Zugló family home

Floor area: 238 m²
Service: Design and general contracting, 2023–2024

In the residential quarter of Zugló we were commissioned to create a three-storey townhouse. We designed a generous shared space on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs, and a roof terrace, study and playroom in the loft.

Óhegy Park home

Floor area: 215 m²
Service: General contracting

Right next to the vast Óhegy Park we were commissioned to fully renovate a family house and add a storey. Sustainability was a priority throughout: we kept as much of the original building as possible, blending it seamlessly with the new sections. Despite unexpected difficulties during demolition and conversion, the entire build took only five months.

Veresegyház

Floor area: 271 m²
Service: General contracting, 2020–2021

Also on the recommendation of a former client, a couple of doctors commissioned us to build their first house with a garden. Thanks to an exceptionally smooth and good-humoured collaboration, the family were able to move into their new home just ten months after construction began.
