Complaints and conciliation bodies

Alldone Hungary Kft., the operator of the website (the “Provider”), handles consumer complaints as follows.

Complaints

You can submit a complaint to the Provider orally or in writing:

The Provider examines an oral complaint immediately and remedies it where necessary. If you disagree with how the complaint is handled, or it cannot be examined immediately, the Provider takes a written record (jegyzőkönyv) of the complaint and of its position without delay. For a complaint made in person, it hands you a copy of the record on the spot; for a complaint made by phone, it sends you the copy at the latest together with its answer on the merits. A complaint made by phone receives a unique identification number.

The Provider answers a written complaint in writing, on the merits, within 30 days of receipt, and gives reasons for any rejection. The Provider keeps the written record, the written complaint and a copy of its answer for 3 years.

If the Provider rejects your complaint, it informs you in writing which authority or conciliation body you can turn to, depending on the nature of the complaint. You can also go to court. The Provider has not made a general declaration of submission to the conciliation body’s decisions.

Conciliation bodies

In a consumer dispute you may turn to the conciliation body (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence or stay in Hungary, or name another conciliation body in your request. If you have no place of residence or stay in Hungary, the conciliation body competent for the Provider’s registered office (Budapesti Békéltető Testület) is competent. The Provider is obliged to cooperate in the conciliation procedure.
